As Design Director, Jonathan approaches every project with a dogged thoughtfulness and a solution for every situation. He believes graphic design is the perfect blend of math, science and art. In his past life, Jonathan worked on accounts such as GE Healthcare, USG, SCA and Tork. He also played a key role in successfully branding several properties for international real estate firm Golub during one of the worst housing crises in history. A marathon runner and amateur chef, Jonathan has watched nearly every episode of “Battlestar Galactica.”

Cate is a dedicated and driven leader with 16 years of account management, marketing and brand development experience. She has led successful engagements for B2B and B2C clients across various verticals including CPG, Retail, Auto, Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare, Insurance and Education. She is a builder and facilitator of long-term client relationships based on trust and confidence. A proven leader and motivator, Cate is known for her positive attitude and outlook, organizational skills, and thoroughness in completing work. Cate is focused on being a strategic advisor to her clients and leading initiatives that drive results. When she’s not working, Cate enjoys being outside, trying new recipes and spending time with her 3 kids.

With a passion for all things web related,  Joy has been helping companies run their online businesses for over 20 years. From implementing standards driven website designs, to managing large e-commerce stores, Joy is always focused on delivering the best user experience to the web. In the past she has worked with brands such as Paper Source, Bulletproof Coffee, Abbott Laboratories, Kroger and When she’s not in front of her laptop, Joy can be found vegetable gardening in the suburbs, traveling to all the US National Parks and watching the Chicago Blackhawks.

A brand strategist with a background in writing, Kap is happiest when she can wear both hats — using creative expression to meet business objectives, bringing brands to life with words. Kap’s focus has been on brand voice, messaging, naming and innovation consulting for a wide variety of clients, including Google, Walgreens, MillerCoors, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Hyatt. Outside of the office, Kap can be found testing chocolate chip cookie recipes and taking too many photos of her rescue dog, Booey.

Her big-agency skillset and passion for storytelling helps her deliver breakthrough creative that builds brands and meets strategic goals. She enjoys copious amounts of coffee, reruns of The Office, walks in the woods and admits to putting everything bagel seasoning on literally… everything.

Sonia is an advertising professional with almost 20 years of experience working in Project & Resource Management. Some notable past clients include Unilever, IBM, Comcast, DuPont, Coca Cola, Kraft and MetLife. She’s a multi-hat wearing, task juggling, process driving collaborator who strives to deliver perfection.  In her spare time she enjoys cooking, gardening and watching The Golden Girls–on repeat. As a native New Yorker, she’s always on the hunt for the best thin-crust NY style pizza around Chicago.
