As the old saying (sort of) goes: to know others, you first must know yourself.
When we say Bigmouth is a small agency, we mean really small. Right now, five full-timers, two part-timers and one summer contract person make all this magic happen. We literally couldn’t do what we do without them, and we’re so grateful to connect with folks who share our purpose-driven values.
A conversation about performance reviews reminds us how far we’ve come in creating an authentic workplace.
Were you the kid who handled all the work during group projects? Yeah, us too.
We debated for a long time whether to define Bigmouth as “mission-driven” or “purpose-driven.” (Literally, for years.)
Loud isn’t flashy, wordy or complicated. Loud is simple, strategic, clear, beautiful, thoughtful and focused.
