Jonathan is passionate about work that does good — creating a culture of respect and inclusion, working with brands that share our values, and making a difference in communities that could use our support.
In his free time, you’ll find Jonathan playing complicated board games with his husband and friends, and wrangling his Shiba Inu puppy, Tate.
Sonia is an adaptive project and creative resourcing manager. After nearly 20 years of agency experience, Sonia finds she’s in her element when lending thoughtful, proactive leadership behind the scenes to her creative colleagues.
Cooking is one of Sonia’s lifelong passions (inspired by her Indian-American family), and she loves to cook for others as an expression of love, connection and culture.
Joy has been coding for over two decades, implementing designs, developing websites and beyond. She is happiest when coding content-based sites all day, every day.
In her free time, you’ll find Joy working one of her 300+ jigsaw puzzles or organizing and meticulously tending her vegetable garden.
Cate is a conscientious collaborator, big-picture thinker and driven team leader. She is happiest when enabling teams with the right strategy to meet objectives and thoughtfully bring brands to life.
Cate is a former marathoner and a constant advocate for wellbeing. In her free time, you’ll find her cheering at her three kids’ sports practices.
